Submit your contracts. We'll tell you what they cost, what they cover, and what deserves a closer look.
Life insurance, retirement savings plans (PER), capitalization, personal protection, mortgage insurance, contracts taken out abroad. The application reads your statements, you confirm with a tap, and you receive a report with findings ranked by importance — followed by a version reviewed and signed by a financial investment advisor.
Fictitious dataEight questions that a comparison tool doesn't ask.
A comparison tool displays a price. The analysis reads your contracts—those you already have—and reports what is observed and why it matters. Each finding is dated, sourced from the document you submitted, and categorized as: important, to be examined, to be verified, compliant.
What it really costs
Contract management fees, investment vehicle fees weighted by their share, entry fees. The annual total, in euros, on your outstanding balance.
Whose responsibility is it?
Absent beneficiary clause, or standard clause that names no one and makes no provision. This applies to life insurance, retirement savings plans (PER), and personal protection insurance.
This is what keeps happening
Two contracts of the same type with the same organization. Two borrower's insurance policies on the same loan.
What your country is changing
A French envelope held from abroad: its processing follows your country of residence, according to the applicable convention.
What's missing
Coverage that your situation demands and that no contract you've read provides: death, disability, loan without insurance, property without damage.
That weighs too much
Euro fund beyond 70 %, a support beyond half of the contract, an organization beyond 60 % of savings.
This dates back
A record that is more than eighteen months old is no longer a snapshot. The report states this; an updated version replaces it.
What is not yours
A holder read who is not a member of the household: the contract is attached before being analyzed, never counted incorrectly.
Three gestures. Nothing to re-enter.
- 1You deposit — PDFs or photos, as much as you want, now or later. No type to choose: the application identifies each document and captures everything it contains.
- 2You confirm — Organization, nature, amounts, fees, clause, statement date. Nothing is written in your file without your consent.
- 3You receive — the on-screen X-ray, then the version reviewed and signed by an advisor, uploaded to "My Documents". You will be notified as soon as it is ready.
Fictitious dataA price comparison tool shows you a price. An X-ray scan reads your contracts.
| Online comparison tool | Balmont X-ray | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | A product to subscribe to | The contracts you already have |
| Costs | The displayed price of a new contract | Your actual costs, including contract and investment vehicles, in euros per year |
| Beneficiary clause | Not read | Read, qualified: absent, type, nominative |
| Country of Residence | Ignored | Each French envelope is proofread according to your country. |
| Covers | Not examined | What is missing in light of your situation |
| Who answers | A form | An advisor who reviews, signs, and gives it to you |
| The sequel | A subscription | An appointment, if you wish. |
The firm's comparator remains freely accessible: three figures per contract, an immediate result, without an account or email address.
She observes. She doesn't decide for you.
Not a single piece of advice
Each report details what has been observed and why it matters. The appropriate course of action will be decided during a meeting with the advisor who signed the report.
Not a promise
No savings are advertised. When a difference in costs compared to a solution offered by the firm exists, it is displayed exactly as it is calculated — nothing more.
Not a black box
Eight written rules, one document for each observation, and a human review before submission. A rule without its data is useless.
What we are asked before submitting.
Is it really free?
Yes. Account creation is free, as is the X-ray, and there's no obligation. Assessments and the Residency module, however, can be purchased through the app, with the price displayed before any commitment.
What documents should I submit?
Annual statements for life insurance, retirement savings plans (PER), and capitalization plans; specific terms and conditions of supplementary pension plans; borrower's insurance contract; policies taken out abroad, in French or English. The more you deposit, the more information is revealed.
Who reads my documents?
The application reads them and shows you what it has understood; you confirm. The advisor reviews the findings before you sign the return. Your documents remain in your vault, encrypted, hosted within the European Union, and you can retrieve them at any time.
When will I receive the signed version?
You will be notified, via the channel you have chosen, as soon as it is ready and placed in "My documents".
I live abroad: does the X-ray apply to me?
Specifically. Each French envelope is reviewed in light of your declared country of residence and the applicable convention; contracts signed abroad are read and linked to your file.
What if I'm already a customer?
The radiography is open to you in the same way: it is the review of your contracts, those that the firm follows and those that it does not yet know.
Your contracts deserve a look. The first one is free.
Create your account, upload your statements, and read your reports. The reviewed and signed version will then be waiting for you in your vault.
