Wealth structuring

The same wealth costs more or less depending on how it is held.

Directly, through a holding company, through a company subject to corporation tax, as bare ownership: each structure changes today's tax, the tax on resale and the tax when it is passed on. Wealth structuring means choosing, with the figures in hand.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us.

How is the firm paid for a wealth structuring assignment?

Through the fixed price of the review you choose in your account, or through fees of €500 including VAT per hour when the assignment is tailor-made. Contracts taken out through us also give rise to commissions paid by insurers and asset management companies, detailed in the client onboarding document.

Who do you work with on the legal documents?

With your notary, lawyer and accountant, or those in our network if you do not have any. We prepare the figures and the structure; the deeds (articles of association, gifts, asset contributions) are drafted and signed at their offices, in both cases.

Where to begin?

With the review: without it, one structure solves one problem and creates another. Uploading your contract statements to the free contract X-ray first takes 2 minutes and gives an initial reading in figures.
