It is the tenth most visited destination in the world, and one of the few where the wealth links between the two countries are as old as they are intertwined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#c3d2db;font-size:17px;line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 18px\">Contrary to what is often heard, France and Algeria are bound by a convention <strong style=\"color:#ffffff\">particularly comprehensive<\/strong> Signed on October 17, 1999, it relates to both income tax and wealth tax. <em>and on inheritances<\/em>.
